David Whitehouse
David Whitehouse has been a leader in governmental relations in Kentucky for over seventeen years. After working in the highest levels of state government, Whitehouse has provided governmental relations and consulting services to the nation’s largest investor owned water utility system, numerous health care organizations, architectural firms and construction management firms.
David Whitehouse developed extensive ties throughout local, federal, and state government while serving as Director of Intergovernmental Relations in Governor Brereton Jones’ administration. Whitehouse was responsible for coordinating the Governor’s efforts with the White House, Congress, National Governor’s Association, and the Democratic Governor’s Association. Whitehouse also served as the Governor’s Alternate to the Appalachian Regional Commission (a thirteen state federal compact) and was responsible for oversight of millions in federal funds to local governments and agencies.
